Lawyer and firm founder John Gstalder is a respected leader among the region’s legal and business communities with more than three decades of legal and business experience.

Mr. Gstalder’s law practice covers a wide range of legal matters with substantial experience in the areas of business, real estate, finance, wills and trusts, probate proceedings and dispute resolution.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo (Ohio) College of Law in 1983, where he earned several American Jurisprudence awards. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of the State of Colorado and in the United States Federal District Court for the Tenth District.

Mr. Gstalder formerly served as a U.S. Department of Justice Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee, as well as he is a former City of Louisville Associate Municipal Judge.   Mr. Gstalder is a member of the Colorado and Boulder County Bar Associations, and has served as past chairman of the Boulder County Bar Association Small Firm Practice section.

Mr. Gstalder has also been an active participant in local businesses and real estate projects, and continues to remain active in the local business community.
